Possession Tendered - Defined. Possession of the Premises shall be deemed tendered to Tenant ("Tender of Possession") when (1) the improvements to be provided by Landlord under this Lease are substantially completed, (2) the Building utilities are ready for use In the Premises.

Possession Tendered - Defined.
