Post-Accident/Incident Testing. The City may require employees who are involved in either a job-related accident or a job-related incident involving the apparent violation of a safety rule or standard which did or could have resulted in serious injury requiring medical attention or property damage, to submit to drug testing. Refusal to submit to such testing will be considered an act of insubordination that will result in disciplinary action, up to and including, termination.
