Post-Construction Services Sample Clauses
The Post-Construction Services clause defines the contractor's obligations to provide certain services after the main construction work is completed. These services may include tasks such as addressing defects, performing maintenance, or assisting with the commissioning and handover of the project to the owner. Post-Construction Services. Architect shall provide the following Post Construction Services which shall be part of Architect’s Basic Services:
Post-Construction Services. 27.1 PEDB will conduct a final Project review and will advise NEWCO as to continuing or newly-observed defects or deficiencies in the Project observed during that review.
Post-Construction Services. 1.7.1 Post Construction services shall begin at Substantial Completion. Post Construction Services will terminate one year after final completion, or when services of Architect are completed, whichever occurs earlier, unless extended by mutual written agreement.
1.7.2 Architect shall receive from Contractor and deliver to Owner, specified “close-out documents” such as written guarantees, warranties, consent of surety to final payment (partial payment, if applicable), Certificate of Occupancy, operating and maintenance manuals, final HVAC control drawings, final corrected HVAC Test and Balance Report, parts books, diagrams, charts, and other documents for Owner’s use or that are required to be provided to Owner by Architect under this Architect Agreement. Architect shall verify the existence of “attic stock”, required per the Contract Documents. Architect shall include in the Contract Documents requirements that the Contractor shall furnish such provision, information or documentation for the Project to Architect for transmittal to Owner as a prerequisite to final payment to Contractor, and as described in the Owner’s General and Supplementary Conditions of the GC Agreement.
1.7.3 Architect shall review, for completion of submittal requirements only, the field markup set of drawings, prepared and submitted by Contractor; operating and maintenance instructions, and all manuals, brochures, and drawings furnished by Contractor relating to the operation and maintenance of the Project as described in Owner’s General and Supplementary Conditions of the GC Agreement.
1.7.4 Architect shall review and approve, or take other appropriate action on, Contractor's list of items to be completed or corrected, and shall certify final completion when all requirements of the Contract Documents are complete. Architect is not required to perform more than two inspections to determine whether a designated portion of the Work has attained Final Completion in accordance with the Contract Documents. One inspection may require multiple visits and more than one day.

1.7.7 After completion of the Construction Phase, Architect shall prepare record drawings, in the form required by Owner, showing significant changes in the Project made during construction and of dimensioned locations of underground improvements including utility, supply, and drainage piping and apparatus, based upon marked-up prints, drawings, and other data which Architect shall receiv...
Post-Construction Services. In the Post construction Phase, the Architect shall provide those services necessary to assist the Owner in the use and occupancy of the facility.
Post-Construction Services. The following Post-Construction Services are Supplemental Services. When requested by the Client, the Landscape Architect shall:
.1 prepare record drawings of the actual construction based on marked-up drawings and other data furnished by the Contractor
Post-Construction Services. SitelogIQ shall: ▪ Coordinate the resolution of non-compliance and design deficiencies identified in the Functional Performance Test (FPT) phase by the architect/engineer. ▪ Coordinate Contractor efforts to correct deficiencies in a timely manner. Assessment Phase SitelogIQ shall: ▪ Consult with the Owner to define and clarify the Owner’s requirements for the Project and available data. ▪ Identify, consult with, and analyze requirements of governmental authorities having jurisdiction to approve the portions of the Project designed or specified by SitelogIQ. ▪ Provide any further survey and assessment of existing conditions to allow design to proceed.
Post-Construction Services. The contractor may be required to provide post-construction services to correct deficiencies in any items that may be identified after substantial completion of the project.
Post-Construction Services. Developer will seek to award not less than twenty (20%) percent of the total contract dollars for post-construction purchasing and service contracts to qualified M/WBEs. For all of these M/WBE contracts, first priority shall be given to M/WBEs whose principal office is located in the Village of Hempstead.

3. The Construction Manager shall conduct punch list inspections in conjunction with the Design Consultant and the Office of Capital Programs, prepare reports of remaining items for completion or correction, and submit these reports to the School District.
4. The Construction Manager shall receive as-built drawings from the Construction Contractors and transmit them to the Design Consultant.
Post-Construction Services. 1.2.1.6.1 The Design Consultant shall proceed with the Stage 6 Post-Construction Services upon written authorization by the Director to proceed for Stage 6 Post-Construction Services.
1.2.1.6.2 The Design Consultant shall inspect the Project in the company of the ▇▇▇▇, and the Director or such others as the Director may designate, no less than thirty (30) days and no more than forty-five (45) days prior to the expiration of the Correction Period, established in the Contract Documents. On or before the seventh day after such inspection, the Design Consultant shall furnish the Director a written report identifying items which require repair or replacement under the Correction Period provisions of the Contract Documents.
