Post-Effective Date Deliveries by TopoTarget. TopoTarget shall deliver to CuraGen as soon as practicable after the Effective Date but in no event later than thirty (30) days following the Effective Date the TopoTarget Share portion of the Purchase Price as contemplated by Section 3.4(a)(ii).
