Post-Review Conference. Optional, unless overall “needs improvement” or “unsatisfactory” is marked. The review shall cite specific examples and provide clear suggestions for improvement in writing for each “needs improvement” and “unsatisfactory” mark. The faculty member under review shall have an opportunity to append any written rebuttal or explanations to the review form. The review form with such rebuttal or explanations will become an official part of the employee’s personnel file. The team will meet to discuss the results of the review at the request of a review team member or the faculty member under review.
