Post-Severance Compensation. Total Compensation includes compensation that is paid after an Employee ▇▇▇▇▇▇ employment with the Employer, provided the compensation is paid by the later of 2½ months after severance from employment with the Employer maintaining the Plan or the end of the calendar year that includes such date of severance from employment.
