POST-TERMINATION OBLIGATIONS Clause Samples
The Post-Termination Obligations clause outlines the responsibilities and actions that parties must fulfill after a contract has ended. Typically, this includes requirements such as returning confidential information, ceasing use of intellectual property, or settling outstanding payments. By clearly specifying these ongoing duties, the clause ensures that important obligations continue to be honored even after the contractual relationship has formally concluded, thereby protecting the interests of both parties and preventing disputes.
