Posting of Assignments. a. Extra assignments, with destination and projected time of assignment, will be posted to the extra assignment board. The assignment will be posted to the extra assignment board and solicited via the two-way radio when possible prior to the employees P.M. checkout time on the day prior to the day of need. b. Kindergarten runs for that day will be solicited before the end of the bus drivers A.M. check-out time. c. Field trips will be posted to the trip board four (4) working days in advance of the trip date, with the exception of Friday and Saturday trips, which will normally be posted on Monday. If Monday is a holiday, Tuesday will be substituted as the posting day.
