Posting Schedules. 1. Schedule Posting Date - Schedules of starting times and quitting times, and day off of Regular Employees, will be posted in two-week periods, at least one week prior to the schedule period and as much advance notice of overtime requirements will be given as permitted by operational circumstances. Once posted, the schedule, including starting and quitting times, can only be adjusted by mutual agreement. Employees are responsible for checking their schedules once posted.
