Power Lines and Substations Clause Samples

The 'Power Lines and Substations' clause defines the rights and responsibilities related to the installation, maintenance, and operation of electrical infrastructure such as power lines and substations on a property. Typically, this clause outlines where such infrastructure can be placed, who is responsible for upkeep, and any restrictions or requirements for access. For example, it may specify that the utility company has the right to enter the property to repair or upgrade equipment. The core function of this clause is to ensure that both property owners and utility providers have clear guidelines regarding the use and management of essential electrical infrastructure, thereby preventing disputes and ensuring reliable power delivery.
