Common use of Power of Delegation Clause in Contracts

Power of Delegation. 12.1 The Trustee shall be entitled at any time and as often as may be expedient to delegate all or any of the powers and discretions vested in it by the Security Documents or any of them (including the power vested in it by virtue of clause 13 hereof) in such manner upon such terms and to such persons as the Trustee in its absolute discretion may think fit.
