Common use of Power to Adjourn Clause in Contracts

The chair of any meeting may, with the consent of the holders of a majority in principal amount of the OCLT 2024 Housing Forever Bonds as represented there, adjourn any such meeting and no notice of such adjournment need be given except such notice, if any, as the meeting may prescribe.
