Common use of Powers Exercisable by Extraordinary Resolution Clause in Contracts

Powers Exercisable by Extraordinary Resolution. In addition to the powers conferred upon them by any other provisions of this Indenture or by law, a meeting of the Debentureholders shall have the following powers exercisable from time to time by Extraordinary Resolution (subject in the case of the matters in paragraphs (a)– and (l) to the prior approval of the CSE (or such other recognized stock exchange on which the Common Shares are listed for trading)):
