Powers of Arbitrator Regarding Expert Conciliation. The arbitrator shall have the full power to review and revise any decision, recommendation or opinion of the Expert related to the dispute. No Party shall be limited in the arbitral proceedings to evidence or arguments submitted to the Expert pursuant to Clause 21.2, and nothing shall prevent the Expert from being called as a witness to give evidence before the arbitrators.
