Powers of Committee. The Committee may request from the Employer any information that the Committee considers necessary to identify existing or potential hazards with respect to materials, processes, equipment or activities.
Powers of Committee. (c) to determine the benefit payable under any Performance Unit, Performance Share, Dividend Equivalent, Other Stock-Based Award or Cash Incentive Award and to determine whether any performance or vesting conditions have been satisfied;
(d) to determine whether or not specific Awards shall be granted in connection with other specific Awards, and if so, whether they shall be exercisable cumulatively with, or alternatively to, such other specific Awards and all other matters to be determined in connection with an Award;
(e) to determine the Term of any Option or SAR;
(f) to determine the amount, if any, that a Grantee shall pay for Restricted Shares, whether to permit or require the payment of cash dividends thereon to be deferred and the terms related thereto, when Restricted Shares (including Restricted Shares acquired upon the exercise of an Option) shall be forfeited and whether such shares shall be held in escrow;
(g) to determine whether, to what extent and under what circumstances an Award may be settled in, or the exercise price of an Award may be paid in, cash, Shares, other Awards or other property, or an Award may be accelerated, vested, canceled, forfeited or surrendered or any ...
Powers of Committee. A Safety and Health Committee:
(a) shall receive, consider and expeditiously dispose of complaints relating to the safety and health of the employees represented by the Committee;
(b) shall maintain records pertaining to the disposition of complaints relating to the safety and health of the employees represented by the Committee;

(h) shall ensure that adequate records are kept on work accidents, injuries and health hazards and shall monitor data relating to such accidents, injuries and hazards on a regular basis;
(i) shall co-operate with safety officers appointed pursuant to the Safety Act;
(j) may request from an Employer such information as the Committee considers necessary to identify existing or potential hazards with respect to materials, processes or equipment in the work place;
(k) shall have full access to all Government and Employer reports relating to the safety and health of the employees represented by the Committee but shall not have access to the medical records of any person except with the consent of that person; and
(l) shall, in workplaces where employees are required to work alone, develop, establish, and maintain procedures with respect to employees working alone which may include: performing risk assessments on individual worksites; and identifying and outlining reasonable precautions to eliminate or reduce identified risks.
Powers of Committee a) The Joint Hiring Hall Committee shall be empowered to hear and determine any and all disputes or grievances arising out of 1) work referrals, and 2) placement on hiring hall list.
b) Before any individual(s) may appear before the Committee, they must exhaust the administrative procedures provided by the Union.

Either party of a Committee may request from the Employer any information that the Committee considers necessary to identify existing or potential hazards with respect to materials, processes, equipment or activities. Either party of a committee shall have access to all government and Employer reports, studies and tests relating to the health and safety of employees, or to the parts of those reports, studies and tests that relate to the health and safety of employees, but shall not have access to the medical records of any person, except with the person's written consent.

6.1.1. To maintain records relating to Assignees and Holders;
6.1.2. To prepare and furnish to the Optionee, Assignees and Holders all information required by applicable law;
6.1.3. To construe and apply the provisions of this Agreement and to correct defects and omissions herein;

The Committee shall not supersede the activities of any other committee of the Union or the Employer and does not have the power to bind either the Union or its members or the Employer to any decisions or conclusions reached in their discussions. The committee shall have the power to make recommendations to the Union and the Employer with respect to its discussions and conclusions.
Powers of Committee. The Committee’s administration of the Plan shall be subject to the following:
(a) Subject to the provisions of the Plan, the Committee will have the authority and discretion to select individuals who shall be Eligible Individuals and who, therefore, are eligible to receive Awards under the Plan. The Committee shall have the authority to determine the time or times of receipt of Awards, to determine the types of Awards and the number of shares of Stock covered by the Awards, to establish the terms, conditions, performance targets, restrictions and other provisions of such Awards, to cancel or suspend Awards and to accelerate the exercisability or vesting of any Award under circumstances designated by it. In making such Award determinations, the Committee may take into account the nature of services rendered by the respective employee, the individual’s present and potential contribution to the Company’s or a Related Company’s success and such other factors as the Committee deems relevant.
(b) To the extent that the Committee determines that the restrictions imposed by the Plan preclude the achievement of the material purposes of the Awards in jurisdictions outside the United States, the Committee will have the authority and discretion to modify those restrictions as the Committee determines to be necessary or appropriate to conform to applicable requirements or practices of jurisdictions outside of the United States.
(c) The Committee will have the authority and discretion to interpret the Plan, to establish, amend and rescind any rules and regulations relating to the Plan, to determine the terms and conditions of any Award Agreement made pursuant to the Plan and to make all other determinations that may be necessary or advisable for the administration of the Plan.
(d) Any interpretation of the Plan by the Committee and any decision made by it under the Plan is final and binding on all persons.
(e) In controlling and managing the operation and administration of the Plan, the Committee shall take action in a manner that conforms to applicable corporate law.
(f) Notwithstanding any other provision of the Plan, no benefit shall be distributed under the Plan to any person unless the Committee, in its sole discretion, determines that such person is entitled to benefits under the Plan.
