Common use of Practice Assessment Clause in Contracts

Practice Assessment. Within one hundred-twenty (120) days following the date of this Agreement, to the extent not already provided by SCN to DDD, and within one hundred-twenty (120) days following the third (3rd) anniversary of this Agreement (provided this Agreement shall be in effect after the third (3rd) anniversary hereof), SCN shall perform an assessment of DDD's operations and shall provide DDD with a written report of SCN's findings. The written report shall include the following reports: (a) financial performance review, (b) functional area assessment, (c) organizational structure review, (d) wage rate analysis, and (e) strategic plan.

The written report shall include the following reports: (a) financial performance review, (b) functional area assessment, (c) organizational structure review, (d) wage rate analysis, and (e) strategic plan.
