Common use of Practice Session Clause in Contracts

Practice Session. All Students will park in the parking lot north of Lions Stadium. • Students will arrive dressed and ready for practice. • Girls will enter through the visitor entrance, and boys through the home side entrance. • Coach ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ and Coach ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ will record temperatures and symptom checklist. • Boys will meet with Coach ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ in the south end zone under the scoreboard. Coaches will monitor social distance while students stretch and warm-up. • Girls will meet with Coach ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ in the south end zone on the visitor side. Coach will monitor social distancing while students stretch and warm-up. • Girls will place their bags and water bottles socially distanced along the end zone and visitor sideline. Boys will use the home side line and south end zone. • Coach ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ will be waiting for the student in the outfield to begin warm-ups. • Practice sessions will include hydration breaks. During each break students will separate and sanitize their hands. • Home Meets: o District Opponents only o Student’s will arrive the same as practice. o Coaching responsibilities will be the same as practice. o Teams will have their own “camp site” around the football field and behind the bleachers. Opposing coaches will be expected to keep their team in the designated location until it is time for the student to compete. o Students will be socially distanced within the designated location. o Once the track meet has finished, students will go straight to the bus. o Medals will not be given to each student after the compete. Medals will be given to the coach at the end of the meet, where they will hand out the medals to their own students. • Away Meets: o Face to Face Students:  Will change into their game clothes in the locker room before departure.  They will have their temperature rechecked before getting on the bus. o Virtual Students:  Will receive their clothes the day before the competition.  They will be expected to arrive dressed and unable to enter the locker room.  Students will be screened before entering the bus.  Coach ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or an Athletic Trainer will perform the screenings for the students. • Students will need to bring their own water bottle. • Water coolers with a touchless spout will be provided. • Coaches will allow extra time for hydration breaks to allow each student to practice social distance, and refill if needed. • Attendance will be monitored by Coach ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇. • If a student is absent, the Head Coach will follow up as to why the student was absent. • If absence was due to COVID-19 symptoms, it will be reported to the Athletic Trainer, Athletic Director, School Nurse, and the head LFHS nurse.
