PRD Curve Sample Clauses

The PRD Curve clause defines the specific schedule or formula by which product quantities, deliveries, or performance requirements are measured and tracked over time. In practice, this clause typically outlines a graphical or tabular representation that sets out expected milestones, delivery volumes, or performance benchmarks at various intervals during the contract term. By establishing clear expectations and measurable targets, the PRD Curve clause helps both parties monitor progress, manage supply chain logistics, and address deviations early, thereby reducing the risk of misunderstandings or disputes regarding performance obligations.
