Common use of Pre-Grievance Clause in Contracts

Pre-Grievance. Complaints must be taken by the employee(s), accompanied by the shop ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ if they so desire, to the employees non-union supervisor to discuss and, if possible, to resolve within two (2) days after the circumstances giving rise to the complaint have occurred or within two (2) days of the employee becoming aware of such circumstances. Such resolution of the complaint shall not contravene the terms and conditions of this Agreement but is solely for the purpose of resolving the matter and shall not be considered as precedential or binding in any other grievance dispute.
