Pre Hearing Statements Sample Clauses

The Pre-Hearing Statements clause requires parties involved in a dispute to submit written summaries of their positions and key evidence before a formal hearing takes place. Typically, each party must outline the facts they intend to prove, identify witnesses, and list documents or exhibits they plan to present. This process ensures that all parties and the adjudicator are informed in advance, promoting efficiency and reducing surprises during the hearing by clarifying the issues and evidence to be addressed.
