Precedence of Agreements. The terms contained in any Schedule shall only apply with respect to the Services provided under that Schedule. In the event of a conflict between the terms contained in an individual Schedule and the terms in the body of this Agreement, the terms in the body of this Agreement shall take precedence with respect to the Services under such Schedule. No terms contained in individual Schedules shall modify the terms of the body of this Agreement.
