Precedence of Documentation. In the event of any inconsistency between the provisions of the body of this Contract and the Schedules, the main body of this Contract shall take precedence. In the event of any inconsistency between Schedule 2 (Authority's Requirements) and Schedule 3 (Contractor's Proposals), Schedule 2 (Authority's Requirements) shall take precedence.
