Common use of Precedence of Documentation Clause in Contracts

Precedence of Documentation. In the event of any ambiguities or discrepancies within this Agreement the following shall apply: (a) between two Clauses of this Agreement, the provisions of the specific Clause relevant to the issue under consideration shall prevail over those in other Clauses; and (b) between the provisions of this Agreement and the Annexes, unless specified otherwise, the former shall prevail.
