Common use of PRECEDENCE OF TERMS Clause in Contracts

PRECEDENCE OF TERMS. This Agreement is comprised of the following documents. If there is any conflict of meaning, ambiguity or inconsistency between the various documents that form part of the Agreement, the provisions take precedence in accordance with the following order of documents (from highest priority to lowest): (a) Order Form; (b) Website Terms (as applicable); (c) these Business Terms; and (d) Statement of Work (if applicable). Where another document not in the above list is referenced in one of the above documents, it also forms part of this Agreement and will have the same precedence as the document in which it is referenced.
