PRECEDENTS OF DOCUMENTS Clause Samples

The "Precedents of Documents" clause establishes that certain standard or previously agreed-upon documents will serve as templates or references for the preparation of new documents within the agreement. In practice, this means that parties will refer to these precedents to ensure consistency in terms, formatting, and legal language when drafting new contracts, amendments, or related paperwork. By relying on established precedents, this clause helps streamline the document creation process, reduces the risk of errors or omissions, and ensures that all parties are aligned on the expected structure and content of contractual documents.
