Precepting. a. Precepting for nurses at the ▇▇▇, ▇▇▇ and CN4 level who complete the preceptor training course will receive $1.00 an hour for all hours spent precepting, which excludes general orientation and training of new employees. Precepting is an assignment and is defined in subsection (b) of this section. There shall be no pyramiding of preceptor pay. The hourly precepting rate applies regardless of the number of preceptees. b.
