Preclusion period. All claims arising from employment relationships shall be made in writing within a period of six months of the day when they become due – unless provided otherwise in the collective bargaining agreement or statutory provisions – on pain of forfeiture. Preclusion period. All pay scale-related and contractual claims arising from employment are to be asserted in written form within a preclusion period of four months as of their due date. Claims which are not asserted in written form within this period shall be forfeited. If the written assertion remains unsuccessful, the claim shall be asserted in court within three months as of the rejection or, as the case may be, within seven months since the claim’s due date if a rejection is not explicitly made. If the claim is not legally asserted within this period of time, it shall be forfeited. The regulations on assertion and legal assertion apply equally to employers and employees.

  • Concession Period The Concession Period shall be for a period of 27 years from the Compliance Date ("the Concession Period") during which the Concessionaire is authorised to implement the Project on DBFOT basis including management of all facilities and resources required for integrated management of Solid Waste in accordance with the provisions hereof: Provided that in the event of Termination, the Concession Period shall mean and be limited to the period commencing from the Compliance Date and ending with the Termination Date.

  • Evaluation Period Customer’s right to use the Services on a Trial Basis are time-limited and will terminate immediately upon the earlier of (i) the trial end date as specified in an Order Form or other document executed by the parties regarding such trial, or (ii) the start date of when Customer purchases a right to use such Services on a non-Trial Basis, or (iii) the date when QuoVadis terminates Customer’s right to use the Services on a Trial Basis (which QuoVadis may do at any time in its sole discretion). Customer must cease using the Services on a Trial Basis upon any such termination.

  • Period 4.1. The period of this Framework Agreement is from and including 1 August 2019 (the “Commencement Date”) to and including 31 July 2023 unless it is terminated earlier under Clause 4.2. 4.2. The period of Call-off Contracts is addressed in the Standard Terms of Supply. The period of a Call-off Contract may continue notwithstanding that the Framework Agreement has expired or terminated.

  • Tolling Period If it becomes necessary or desirable for the Corporation to seek compliance with the provisions of Section 14.2 by legal proceedings, the period during which Grantee shall comply with said provisions will extend for a period of twelve (12) months from the date the Corporation institutes legal proceedings for injunctive or other relief.

  • Limitation Period Except as stated in this Clause, all claims must be made within the period specified by applicable law. If the law allows the parties to specify a shorter period for bringing claims, or the law does not provide a time at all, then claims must be made within 18 months after the event(s) giving rise to a dispute occurs.
