Common use of Preliminary and Final Cost Settlement Clause in Contracts

Preliminary and Final Cost Settlement. The cost of services rendered shall be adjusted to the lowest of the following: 1. Actual net cost (for non-▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇/Medi-Cal services); 2. Published charges; 3. Maximum allowable minutes/hours/days of time provided for each service functions for approved ▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇/Medi-Cal services; or, 4. Maximum Contract amount.
