PRELIMINARY APPROVAL ORDER AND FINAL APPROVAL ORDER. 9 6.1. Promptly after execution of this Agreement, Class Counsel shall move the Court 10 to enter an order preliminarily approving the Settlement, and attach this Agreement as an exhibit 11 to the motion.
