Common use of Preliminary Approval Clause in Contracts

Preliminary Approval. As soon as practicable after the execution of the Settlement Agreement and the agreement by the Parties to the substance and form of the referenced Exhibits of this Agreement, Class Counsel shall submit this Settlement Agreement to the Court and file a motion for preliminary approval of the Settlement with the Court requesting entry of a Preliminary Approval Order in the form attached as Exhibit D.

Preliminary Approval. As soon as practicable after the execution of the this Settlement Agreement but by no later than September 11, 2020, Settlement Class Counsel shall file a Motion for Preliminary Approval of this Settlement Agreement and the agreement by the Parties to the substance and form of the referenced Exhibits of this Agreement, Class Counsel shall submit this Settlement Agreement present such motion to the Court and file a motion for preliminary approval of requesting the Settlement with the Court requesting entry of a Preliminary Approval Order substantially in the form attached as of Exhibit D.2 or in such other form which is mutually acceptable to the Parties.

As soon as practicable after reasonably possible upon the full execution of this Settlement Agreement by the Settling Parties, Class Representatives, through Class Counsel, shall file with the Court motions seeking preliminary approval of this Settlement Agreement and the agreement by the Parties to the substance and form for entry of the referenced Exhibits of this Agreement, Class Counsel shall submit this Settlement Agreement to the Court and file a motion for preliminary approval of the Settlement with the Court requesting entry of a Preliminary Approval Order in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit D.Exhibit
