Preliminary Cost Estimate. NRCS has completed a technical evaluation of the proposed easement or 30-year contract enrollment area and developed cost estimates for all enrollment agreement related costs including the preliminary restoration plan as certified below. All costs below are estimates unless they are $0, in which case the funds have been or by the end of the current fiscal year will be procured through a federal contract or Agreement, or funds are not required. No practices will be authorized and no payments will be made from this supplement. Annual review of the obligation amount will be conducted via the Review of Open Obligations Tool (ROOT). For States Serviced by the Easement Acquisition Branch (EAB), the EAB will complete section (a) below and the State must complete section (b) below. Section (c) below will auto-populate based on the information entered in sections (a) and (b) below.
