Common use of PRELIMINARY DISCUSSION Clause in Contracts

PRELIMINARY DISCUSSION. Disputes arising out of the interpretation or alleged violation of this Agreement should, if possible, be settled by discussion between the employee and/or his ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and the employee's supervisor. If the employee affected is a ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, the preliminary discussion will be between the Accredited Union Representative and the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇'▇ supervisor.
