Nothing in this Section 16 shall preclude, or be construed to preclude, the resort by either Party to a court of competent jurisdiction solely for the purposes of securing a temporary or preliminary injunction to preserve the status quo or avoid irreparable harm pending arbitration pursuant to this Section 16.
