Common use of Preliminary List Clause in Contracts

Preliminary List. Each term (Spring/Fall semesters and any Winter or Summer intersession terms) and no later than one (1) week prior to the start of classes, the College shall provide the Union a preliminary list of the bargaining unit members who are engaged to teach that term. Any changes to that preliminary list will be provided to the Union no later than one (1) week after the first day of classes each term.

Preliminary List.
