Common use of Preliminary Phase License Grant Clause in Contracts

Preliminary Phase License Grant. Subject to the payment of the Preliminary Phase Fee and to the other terms and conditions in this Agreement, PA grants to Licensee, a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Licensed Technology for the limited purpose of planning, constructing and operating the Preliminary Unit within the Territory during the Preliminary Term in the Field-of-Use for an initial Licensee implementation of the Licensed Technology to grow and harvest micro-crops of lemna.
