Common use of Preliminary Plat Clause in Contracts

Preliminary Plat. A map showing the salient features of a proposed subdivision or land division, as described in sections 83.33-83.41 of this chapter, submitted to the Village for purpose of preliminary consideration prior to all final plats and, when required, prior to all land divisions.
