Preliminary Work. The Railroad will prepare and submit to the Commission a detailed plan and cost estimate for the work of the Project, as described during the diagnostic inspection and field review conducted on December 4, 2018, and in accordance with the provisions of the Master Agreement. The Railroad shall also prepare and submit to the Commission a detailed traffic control plan for review and approval.
