Premises and Common Areas. Landlord hereby leases to Tenant the Leased Premises. In addition to the Leased Premises, Landlord grants to Tenant a nonexclusive license to use the Common Areas during the term of this Lease. The term "Common Areas" is defined as the area and facilities outside the Leased Premises as depicted on Exhibit 2 attached hereto that is designated by the Landlord for the general non-exclusive use of Landlord, Tenant and other lessees of the Project and their respective employees, suppliers, shippers, customers and invitees, including but not limited to parking areas, loading and unloading areas, trash areas, roadways, sidewalks, walkways, parkways, ramps, driveways, landscaped areas and decorative walls. Landlord shall have the right to make changes to the Common Areas provided that such changes do not unreasonably interfere with Tenant's use and enjoyment of the Leased Premises.

Premises and Common Areas. Landlord leases to WCMCA and WCMCA leases from Landlord, upon all of the terms and conditions hereof, the following premises (the “Premises”):
a. Approximately 1920 square feet of rentable area consisting of two classrooms and located on the ground floor of the building located on land and commonly known as ▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ such land and building being referred to as the “Building”.
b. WCMCA and its invitees have the right to use all parking spaces and playground area associated with the Building.
c. WCMCA and its agents, employees and invites have the right together with Landlord and others designated by Landlord, to the use of the common areas in the Building (including bathrooms, hallways, and classroom storage areas) for the common areas’ intended and normal purposes.

Premises and Common Areas. Landlord does hereby let, lease and demise unto the Tenant, and Tenant hereby takes and hires from Landlord, all that certain space containing approximately 1,897 rentable square feet (the “Premises”) belonging, situated and located in Suite 2500 of that certain building located at 3280 in the City of Peachtree Corners, State of Georgia (hereinafter the “Building”). The Premises is more particularly described on Exhibit “A” attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. The parties stipulate and agree that the foregoing square footage measurement is conclusive for all purposes of this Lease. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the measurement of the Premises shall be subject to adjustment in the event of an expansion or contraction of the Premises. As used herein, the term “Project” means the Building and the land on which the Building is situated and all “Common Areas” (as hereinafter defined).
Premises and Common Areas. (a) Subject to all the provisions of this Lease, Landlord leases to Tenant and Tenant leases from Landlord the Premises, which are improved, or to be improved, by Landlord with the Tenant Improvements described in the Work Letter Agreement or in an Addenda to Lease, those Premises being agreed to have the Rentable Square Feet described in Subparagraph 1(b).
(b) Tenant shall have the nonexclusive right to use, in common with other present and future tenants in the Building and Project, the following areas ("COMMON AREAS") appurtenant to the Premises, subject to the Rules and Regulations referred to in Paragraph 31 and to other reasonable rules and regulations which Landlord may deem advisable for the Common Areas:
(i) The Building's common entrances, lobbies, rest rooms not within a suite, elevators, stairways and access ways, loading and unloading areas, ramps, drives and platforms and any passageways and service ways thereto, and the common pipes, conduits, wires and appurtenant equipment serving the Premises and Building;
(ii) The Project's roadways, sidewalks, walkways, parkways, driveways and landscaped areas, trash areas, parking areas and any other similar areas and facilities within the Project which are made available for the use or benefit of Project tenants and their invitees and other visitors;
(c) Landlord reserves the right to periodically, without unreasonable interference with Tenant's use:
(i) To install, use, maintain, repair and replace pipes, ducts, conduits, wires and appurtenant meters and equipment for service to other parts of the Building above the ceiling surfaces, below the floor surfaces, within the walls and in the central core areas, and to relocate any pipes, ducts, conduits, wires and appurtenant meters and equipment which are located in the Premises or located elsewhere outside the Premises, and to expand the Building;
(ii) To make changes to the Common Areas, including, without limitation, changes in the location, size, shape and number of driveways, entrances, parking spaces, parking areas, loading and unloading areas, ingress, egress, direction of traffic, landscaped areas and walkways;
(iii) To temporarily close or designate for other uses any of the Common Areas for purposes of improvement, maintenance or repair, so long as reasonable access to the Premises remains available;
(iv) To add additional buildings and improvements to the Common Areas or the Project;
