Common use of PREMISES AREA Clause in Contracts

PREMISES AREA. Landlord and Tenant agree that each has had an opportunity to determine to its satisfaction the actual area of the Premises and the Building. All measurements of area contained in this Lease are conclusively agreed to be correct and binding on the parties, even if a subsequent measurement of one of these areas determines that it is more or less than the area reflected in this Lease. Any such subsequent determination that the area is more or less than the area shown in this Lease shall not result in a change in any of the computations of rent, Tenant's Percentage, improvement allowances, or any other matters described in this Lease where area is a factor.
