Common use of Preparation and Delivery Clause in Contracts

Preparation and Delivery. On or before the fourteenth (14th) business day following the date on which the Space Plans are approved by Landlord and Tenant, Tenant shall provide to Landlord for its approval final working drawings prepared by the Architect of all improvements that Tenant proposes to install in the Premises; such working drawings shall include the partition layout, ceiling plan, electrical outlets and switches, telephone outlets, drawings for any modifications to the mechanical and plumbing systems of the Building, and detailed plans and specifications for the construction of the improvements called for under this Exhibit in accordance with all applicable Laws.

Preparation and Delivery. On or before the fourteenth one hundred fiftieth (14th150th) business day following the date on which the Space Plans are approved by Landlord and Tenant, Tenant shall provide to Landlord for its approval final working drawings drawings, prepared by the Architect Architect, of all improvements that Tenant proposes to install in the Premises; such working drawings shall include the partition layout, ceiling plan, electrical outlets and switches, telephone outlets, drawings for any modifications to the mechanical and plumbing systems of the Buildingbuilding, and detailed plans and specifications for the construction of the improvements called for under this Exhibit in accordance with all applicable Lawslaws (the “Working Drawings”).

On or before the fourteenth (14th) business 60th day following the date on which the Space Plans are approved (or deemed approved) by Landlord and Tenant, Tenant shall provide to Landlord for its approval final working drawings drawings, prepared by the Architect Architect, of all improvements that Tenant proposes to install in the Premises; such working drawings shall include the partition layout, ceiling plan, electrical outlets and switches, telephone outlets, drawings for any modifications to the mechanical mechanical, electrical, life safety and plumbing and any other systems of the Building, submetering and detailed plans and specifications for the construction of the improvements called for under this Exhibit in accordance with all applicable LawsLaws and suitable for permitting and construction.

On or before the fourteenth (14th) business fifteenth day following the date on which the Space Plans are approved by Landlord and Tenant, Tenant shall provide to Landlord for its approval final working drawings drawings, prepared by the Architect Architect, of all improvements that Tenant proposes to install in the Premises; such working drawings shall include the partition layout, ceiling plan, electrical outlets and switches, telephone outlets, drawings for any modifications to the mechanical and plumbing systems of the Building, and detailed plans and specifications for the construction of the improvements called for under this Exhibit in accordance with all applicable Laws.
