PREPARATION AND DISTRIBUTION OF AGREEMENT. 1. The Board agrees to offer all employees covered by this Agreement a photocopy of the current Collective Agreement. Additional copies will be prepared for the exclusive use of the Association. The Board agrees to pay the photocopying costs. 2. The Board shall provide every employee with access to an electronic copy of this Agreement as soon as possible after the ratification of this Agreement. 3. Should professionally prepared and printed booklets be requested then the parties agree to share the printing costs.
