Preparation and Submission of Reports. The Municipality shall ensure that, (a) All Reports or other requests for documentation are completed to the satisfaction of the Ministry using any forms that may specified by the Ministry from time to time; and (b) the Reports are received by the Ministry on the dates set out in Appendix βBβ and at the address provided for the Ministry in paragraph 15.3.
