Common use of Preparation and Submission Clause in Contracts

Preparation and Submission. The Recipient will: (a) submit to the Province at the address referred to in section A15.1 (Notice in Writing and Addressed): (i) all Reports in accordance with the timelines and content requirements as provided for in Schedule “D” (Claim and Attestation Submission, Supporting Documentation and Payment Procedure); and (ii) any other reports in accordance with any timelines and content requirements the Province may specify from time to time; and (b) ensure that all Reports and other reports are: (i) completed to the satisfaction of the Province; and (ii) signed by an authorized signing officer of the Recipient.
