Common use of Preparation and Submission Clause in Contracts

Preparation and Submission. The Recipient will: (a) submit to the Province all Reports in accordance with Schedule “C”, or as specified by the Province from time to time; (b) submit to the Province at the email address referred to in section 18.1, any other reports as may be requested by the Province in accordance with the timelines and content requirements specified by the Province; (c) ensure that all Reports and other reports are completed to the satisfaction of the Province; and (d) where applicable, ensure that all Reports and other reports are signed on behalf of the Recipient by an authorized signing officer.

Preparation and Submission. The Recipient will: (a) submit to the Province all Reports in accordance with Schedule “C”, or as specified by the Province from time to time; (b) a. submit to the Province at the email address referred to set out in section 18.1, any other reports as may be requested by the Province Schedule "B": i. all Reports in accordance with the timelines and content requirements specified by the Provinceset out in Schedule “F”; (c) ii. any other reports in accordance with any timelines and content requirements the Province may specify from time to time; b. ensure that all Reports and other reports are are: i. completed to the satisfaction of the Province; and (d) where applicable, ensure that all Reports and other reports are ii. signed on behalf of the Recipient by an authorized signing officerofficer of the Recipient.

The Recipient will: (a) submit to the Province all Reports in accordance with Schedule “C”, or as specified by the Province from time to time; (b) submit to the Province at the email address referred to in section 18.119.1, any other reports as may be requested by the Province all Reports in accordance with the timelines and content requirements as specified by the ProvinceProvince in the Agreement, including the Application Guidelines, Approval Letter, and any Subsequent Correspondence; (cb) ensure that all Reports and other reports are completed to the satisfaction of the Province; and (dc) where applicable, ensure that all Reports and other reports are signed on behalf of the Recipient by an authorized signing officer.

The Recipient will: (a) submit to the Province at the address referred to in section A17.1: (i) all Reports in accordance with the timelines and content requirements as provided for in Schedule “CF”, or as specified by ; (ii) any other reports in accordance with any timelines and content requirements the Province may specify from time to time; (b) submit to the Province at the email address referred to in section 18.1, any other reports as may be requested by the Province in accordance with the timelines and content requirements specified by the Province; (c) ensure that all Reports and other reports are are: (i) completed to the satisfaction of the Province; and (dii) where applicable, ensure that all Reports and other reports are signed on behalf of the Recipient by an authorized signing officerofficer of the Recipient.

The Recipient will: (a) submit to the Province at the address set out in Schedule “B” : (i) all Reports in accordance with the timelines and content requirements set out in Schedule “CF”, or as specified by ; (ii) any other reports in accordance with any timelines and content requirements the Province may specify from time to time; (b) submit to the Province at the email address referred to in section 18.1, any other reports as may be requested by the Province in accordance with the timelines and content requirements specified by the Province; (c) ensure that all Reports and other reports are are: (i) completed to the satisfaction of the Province; and (di) where applicable, ensure that all Reports and other reports are signed on behalf of the Recipient by an authorized signing officerofficer of the Recipient.
