Common use of Preparation Fees Clause in Contracts

Preparation Fees. Upon demand of the Bank from time to time, the Company shall pay to the Bank the amount of the expenses (including without limit reasonable attorneys' fees and disbursements) incurred by the Bank from time to time in connection with the preparation of this Agreement and related instruments and/or the making (or preparation for the making) of any advance hereunder.
