Common use of Preparation Fees Clause in Contracts

Preparation Fees. Simultaneously with the execution of this Agreement, the Borrower shall pay to the Bank the amount of the Bank's expenses (including attorney's fees and disbursements) incurred by the Bank in connection with the preparation of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents.
