Preparation for Classes. 2.1 乙方應利用課堂外時間充分備課，包括編選教材、撰寫教案、製作教具、批改作業、測驗評量等。乙方所設計之教材或教學活動不得影響學生人身安全。 2.1 Party B is required to use extracurricular time to make good preparations for lessons, including editing teaching materials, writing teaching plans, making teaching aids, correcting students' work, grading test/examination sheets, etc. In any event, no teaching materials or teaching activities designed or organized by Party B may prejudice or harm the personal safety of students. 2.2 乙方需與甲方協同教師於每堂課及每學期開始前充分討論，確定課程與教材並擬定課程計畫，且經甲方及其協同教師認可，方可實施。
