Preparation of a Plan. ‌ 1. The Minister will direct the Board to commence, not later than 12 months from the date of execution of this Lease, the process of the preparation of a Plan for the Lands. 2. As acknowledgement that Biamanga and Gulaga National Parks form part of a single cultural landscape, the parties agree that it is desirable to prepare a single Plan for Biamanga and Gulaga National Parks. 3. The Service shall be responsible for the costs associated with the Plan including the costs of public exhibition of the draft plan, public consultations and other actions as required by the Act. 4. The Board shall be responsible for the costs of any additional public consultation over and above that which the Service would normally expend on preparing and exhibiting a plan of management.
