PREPARATION OF DRAWDOWN NOTICES. If on a Determination Date the Manager determines in accordance with the Series Supplement that a Redraw Shortfall has occurred in respect of the Collection Period just ended the Manager must: (a) (Prepare Drawdown Notice): prepare a Drawdown Notice in accordance with clause 4.3 requesting an Advance on the next Distribution Date; and (b) (Deliver Drawdown Notice): deliver the Drawdown Notice to the Trustee no later than the close of business on the Business Day which is not less than 3 Business Days before the proposed Drawdown Date.
