Preparation of Environmental Reports. If a default caused by reason of a breach of Section 3.17 or 5.09 shall have occurred and be continuing, at the request of the Required Lenders through the Administrative Agent, provide to the Lenders within 90 days after such request, at the expense of the Borrower, an environmental site assessment report for the Properties which are the subject of such default prepared by an environmental consulting firm acceptable to the Administrative Agent, indicating the presence or absence of Hazardous Materials and the estimated cost of any Remedial Action required under any applicable Environmental Law in connection with such Properties.

If a default caused by reason of a breach of Section 3.17 3.01(n) or 5.09 5.01(g) shall have occurred and be continuing, at the request of the Required Lenders through the Administrative Agent, the Borrower shall provide to the Lenders within 90 45 days after such request, at the expense of the Borrower, an environmental site assessment report for the Properties (which are the subject of such default default) prepared by an environmental consulting firm acceptable to the Administrative Agent, indicating the presence or absence of Hazardous Materials and the estimated cost of any compliance or Remedial Action required under any applicable Environmental Law in connection with such Properties.

If a default caused by reason of a breach of Section 3.17 3.1(k) or 5.09 4.1(i) shall have occurred and be continuing, at the request of the Required Lenders Banks through the Administrative Agent, the Borrower shall provide to the Lenders Banks within 90 45 days after such request, at the expense of the Borrower, an environmental site assessment report for the Properties (which are the subject of such default default) prepared by an environmental consulting firm acceptable to the Administrative Agent, indicating the presence or absence of Hazardous Materials and the estimated cost of any compliance or Remedial Action required under any applicable Environmental Law in connection with such Properties.

If a default an Event of Default caused by reason of a breach of Section 3.17 or 5.09 5.08 shall have occurred and be continuing, at the request of the Required Lenders through the Administrative Agent, provide to the Lenders within 90 45 days after such request, at the expense of the Borrower, an environmental site assessment report for the Properties which are the subject of such default prepared by an environmental consulting firm acceptable to the Administrative Agent, Agent and indicating the presence or absence of Hazardous Materials and the estimated cost of any compliance or Remedial Action required under any applicable Environmental Law in connection with such Properties.
